A holiday and a mother's day

My husband took me on a road trip!!! It was fun, we hiked the entire vacation. He was in heaven and I pretended like I was not tired at all. When you go to places like Zion National Park or Bryce National Park, hiking is the best way to see the best of the park. My pictures don't do these places justice, but if you go, I know you will love it too.

In other news...............I have decided to end my abusive use of "air quotes." --- My husband has pointed out that I frequently air quote real things, as if they were figurative.

I am going to the "mail box" right now. "

I am going to cook "dinner."

Air quotes should be strictly used for fake or sarcastic thoughts.

I have a "spotless home."

I like to "jog."
I get enough "sleep."

Works like a charm.
