To go it alone, or with a partner?
It is no secret Wade and I are different people, motivated by different things, upset by different things. We've had ups, we've had downs. We've had a loving relationship and a tense one. Never too much time is spent in the gutters, or the swampy marsh though, we are quick to move along to more scenic places.
I love my husband for many reasons. He is brilliant, really really smart. When I ask him a question and he does not know the answer, I am thoroughly repulsed, and find him unattractive for the next 32-47 hours. ;) He can cook, not just cook, bake as well. He makes me laugh. He is a good father, maybe the best. It's lame, but my heart sometimes still goes pitter patter when he walks in a room.
Life is not easy, they say it's no picnic, expect for when you are actually having a picnic, so choosing a life partner is about the most important decision you can make I think. Anyway one of the most honest and heartwarming facts I KNOW about my husband, is that he "has my back", and he knows, I have his as well.
I feel kind of awkward writing this, but I want this in a place forever. So if you feel awkward reading this, you should of stopped a while ago.
So to answer my question....the answer is partner.
My partner makes amazing paper snowflake art. Which I love, but not as much as I love and adore him.
