Wade and Weston on a campout at Tonto Creek a few weeks ago
Wade and I went camping this weekend at Black River for some world famous small mouth bass fishing. I have never been there, and after I saw how difficult it is to get there, I can see why. It was truly one of the roughest dirt roads I have ever been on. We had a good time. I hung out alot with my sister in law Meredith. We floated down the river much of the time. One time as I swimming, I noticed something swimming next to me.. a snake. I was not to happy about that!I also saw a mommy bear and her two brand new cubs. They were so little and adorable. We were very close to them, I got the feeling she was use to people.
After our camping trip, Wade and I headed to the cabin for a night alone. It was great weather and relaxing. As I was vegging out and channel surfing, I stop to watch Paula Deen and her cooking show. She was making a fried burger, with a fried egg, and fried bacon. It looked fantastic until she was putting her creation together. For her "bun" she used glazed doughnuts!! Not one, but two, one for the top and one for the bottom. She took it to a whole nother level! Watch out, America just got fatter. Crazy. Have a Happy week. Let me know if anyone decides to give this a try.
Brunch Burger
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves
2 tablespoon grated onion
Paula Deen's House Seasoning
2 tablespoon butter
3 eggs
6 slices bacon, cooked
3 hamburger buns
3 english muffins
6 glazed donuts
Directions:
Mix the ground beef, chopped parsley and grated onion together in a large mixing bowl. Season liberally, with House Seasoning. Form 3 hamburger patties.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add the burgers and cook until desired temperature, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Fry bacon in a hot pan until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
While burgers are cooking, heat a non-stick pan, over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Crack 3 eggs into the pan. Cook until the yolks are just set and still slightly runny and remove.
Place burger patties on English muffins or buns, and if desired, on glazed donuts, as the buns. Top each burger with 2 pieces of bacon and a fried egg.

I enjoy reading these but writing about myself like this feels strange. Here you go Amanda, I know you will read it!
3 Joys
1) My family- immediate, extended, and all the rest, they are the BEST!
2) The outdoors, I literally love being outside it brings Wade, Weston, and I such joy that we get away as much as humanly possible.
3) Sleep. I could blog about it if I wanted, but no one would believe me how little we get. When I know I am going to get to sleep I can’t help but smile.
3 Fears
1)New interventions and therapies
2) Not accomplishing all I want to in this life
3) Heights, the fear comes and go, depending on the circumstance
3 Goals
1) Run a marathon, I really do not like running
2) Learn to cook. I can’t make a wide variety of dishes
3) Be able to volunteer internationally in some capacity, I could start smaller and say the temple (might be a better place to start)
3 current obsessions
1) Making my home more eco-friendly (I am currently in the process of sewing my own grocery bags) you should do it!!! Every little bit helps.
2) Chocolate- it will always be one. I want some everyday in some form or another.
3) Chimi-Chury, my aunts make the best I want it on everything we eat lately.
3 random facts
1) I hate being tickled, it almost hurts.
2) I love the Discovery channel (Bear Gryllis (s/p) makes me insane)
3) My pinky toe points a different direction then the rest of my toes. Creepy!

Ahh! I keep forgetting to watch it! I'll have to see it online again, thanks for ruining it. haha:)
It looks like you guys had so much fun. Oh and I love your three random facts!
Looks like fun...I don't even want to think about the burger...I can feel the lbs already! Love your random facts! I will have to do it!
That burger sounds so gross! I guess I am not a true American! I loved your random facts. Cody's pinky toes stand up. There is actually a medical term for it. It's the first thing I looked for when my boys were born. Well, not the first...but close to. Carters are webbed, but no ones stand up. Feet are so funny! Hope your having a good day!
Its good to know your #2 fear is also my biggest fear. I was begining to think somthing was wrong with me:)
Those camping trips sound like so much fun! I wish I could enjoy camping more than I do. But that would freak me out if there was a snake right next to me!
Chari, I do not encourage you or anybody to run a marathon. It is too much, too long, and way too hard on the body. 10 miles, okay, even a half marathon is good. You're plenty in shape if you can run a 1/2. But, I have too many friends that have run marathons. When they're honest about it, they all admit that it took a serious toll on their bodies. Its too much. I'm' not trying to kill your dreams, but just had to throw that out there. :)
that's right. top of the list. my goal is to keep it that way. :)
